HBK is billed as 225 lbs and the CW weight limit is 224 lbs (I think) so he is barely a light-heavyweght. However, I say they should just abolish the light heavyweight classification as it makes creating CW belts and stuff annoying with people like Chavo being light-heavyweight, and make the light-heavyweights all CWs or Heavyweights, depending on how they're billed.

No, and they should make he weight system as follows:
Wrestlers can carry each other depending on actual weight like Rey is 170 Pounds can Carry 220 Pounds Chris Benoit and 250 Pounds Kurt Angle, he did it in real life, but he cant carry 470 Pounds Big Show they should make it based on there weight not Division, although they can still be sorted as Division to compete for Certain belts

Kurt is nowhere near 250. He was around 232 during the '96 Olympics but he's had to lose muscle mass due to his neck injury since then.

Dude, Bubba and Dvon were light heavyweights in SVR. Bubba is 330 pounds dude. He should have been a Super Heavyweight and Dvon should have been a heavyweight. Since they arent in WWE anymore, we dont have to worry. Rey should be light heavy, HBK should be heavy, Orton heavy, HHH heavy, and Angle heavy. BUT MOST OF ALL CHRISTIAN SHOULD BE HEAVY! He is my favorite wrestler but i cant be him in season cause he cant pick up super heavyweights so its harder to win.
