How do you use downloaded font? After I download a font, I don't know how to use it. I have Photoshop CS2.

You find the font you want and type it in..

Have you saved the font in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts

Here is a simple way: 1. Download font 2. Open control panel 3. Click "fonts" in the control panel 4. drag and drop the downloaded font into the fonts folder and it should work.

sometimes ill do that and get into photoshop and look for the font and it wont be there does anyone no y this happens?

No idea, why it happens but I believe this helps. Keep the Fonts file open while opening Photoshop.
