press the "Print Screen" button, which will capture the screen, go on to whatever program you use (paint, PSP, Photoshop), paste it and use the crop tool the cut it out, save it and upload it

on your keyboard there is a button that should be above the delete key that is called "print screen" ir in my case "Prt Scr"
once you hit that nothing comes up but just open a few document in photoshop and hit edit ---> Paste then your screen will show up
