How you guys make ur own gifs always wanted to know ?

Me, I take frame shots of Movies on Windows Movie Maker and save them, then i put them in imagready in the order of frames, alter times and then save as .gif
Also u can resize ur pics of gif if ur makin an banner includin .gif

i take shots on movie maker and save them in a separate folder as well then open imageready and go to file > import > folder as frames and it opens all the pics in order

^thats not cool, ive always had to open all up 1 by 1 and stick them into 1 document, u make me feel like a dumbass

lol i craetd a folder in My Pictures called gif and then saved all my pictures that i took frm movie maker for the gif into there and then used imageready and imported them, but most of the time it will take a chunk out from the gif and place it at the end or sumthin so u will have to move that
i made my jacknife gif using that technique <<<

Well i know how to do it now, buti use to have like a 85 frame .gif and i had to open all seperately and and copy and paste all in same document, what a waste

yeah i open them separetly and it takes for ages so im gonna try this open folder thing and see if it works for me
