Is it possible to select all frames and numeric transform all of them to one size instead of numeric transforming them individually

Also is it possible to transfer like 50 frames of a document to another document all at once instead of doing them individually

Hold down shift, then select all the layers. They'll all be gropuped together. You could also do one massive layer link.

Doing what he says only selects them.

Shift + Click the first frame + Click the last frame.
