the face i can see resemblance in
so 9/10 for the face
but the attire looks thrown together so 7/10 for attire
overall rating 8.5/10

Doesnt look too bad. First two things I notice ar the mouth/jaw that could use fixing, as well as that the black part of the attir (outside of the designs) just feels a little bit "simple"...I assume it is a custom attire?

theres not enuff layers to do his new attire perfect thats what i came up with by just messing around with it. the hogan formula will be up in a couple of hours so be on the look out if you want it, ill also work on the kurt angle some more since you guys seem to like it.

Don't scrap, I wanted to see a Kurt Angle with his more recent black attire (It looks best). Anyway, I think just work on it a bit. I'd try and line it up with the ingame kurt angle and ajust it like that for the best results.
