Making good CAWs is hard wich is why I dont make them and dont complain about others work. But as a huge Warrior fan I think this could use some work. I dont think anyone has come close to making THE WARRIOR CAW and if anyone can its you guys.

Cool Warrior. The facepaint could do with an outline though

well talk about a wrestler i was not expecting to see. What a shocker wolf, i remember warrior vaguly during his time in wcw. I thought he was a cool wrestler. Good work so far i say 8/10, needs more work and i know u will do your best on him keep it up. Cant wait for finished version.

I like Sull's UW face morphing better. Maybe its just that the face paint allows you to see his face better (although his face paint isn't totally accurate, i had to modify the paint and attire to make it closer to WM XII). I think the OWN will look too pixelated on the tights, so I'd make that into one word, and then i'd add some layers to the face paint to make a black outline on the top of the face paint if possible. I'd also make the paint on the nose thinner and longer so it hits the tip if possible. Maybe the skin needs to be a little bit darker as well. Overall its great though. Probably the most accurate UW CAW out there.

wolfgang this is my 1st post i got the account as soon as i saw this caw. you get plenty of praise every time one of your creations hits the site and ive never really had need to comment with the exceptional work. ...but this time i really did feel the need to i understand that this is a "preview" so i know that your still tweaking, the morphing is nice i can see it taking shape and for the ref material you've done well but and i hate to say it ..i feel you've hit a dud with that costume the paint is terrible but the rest of it is really very good, warriors paint is extremly hard to model in this game but i think ...no i know you can do better keep working on it because warrior fans will love you for it man ( sorry for the long post i'll keep it shorter next time lol)

well, from what I talked to him on, he may do another warrior as an alt attire, but you gotta remember, this is for an upcoming wcw card, so what sense does having warriors mania attire have being on a wcw card? these are the tights he wore in wcw, which i feel wolfie did the OWN on the rear perfectly. His face morphing is also outstanding. Issues I have with the caw I've approached wolfie with, and he is looking into fixing them...
THAT SAID... remember, we only have 22 layers to actually work with, not a lot when you think about it.

i think we can make a better face paint ... juste work on it a little bit more , wolfgang you made the best caws i've seen , but your warrior is just 8/10 .... work on it and 10/10

@danylee..lmao..not a chnace..try counting yourself how many layers that'd take..I'm counting 22 layers for the warrior symbols on the front alone. Then there is the big Warrior logo that was on the back of that attire made with the American flag. I think the Warrior face you've made is great, easily the best one made. I don't like the face paint but that can't be helped with the number of layers.

actually, I think I'm going to try a new re-work on the face paint as I think that's the only thing hurting this one, to be honest..if you look at the ref pics I have plus the one provided with the preview, it matches near dead/on, it's the paint that still is off. (and reference non-screaming guys...if you are remembering screaming shots, go look in the mirror, make a screaming face and see how much your face changes, then come back). The morphing does match non-screaming normal faced Warrior in the morphing, and seeing you can't make that face scream, no point in referencing mophing based on any scream shots..you can see the match even more in the front-on shot...angled it to show it's match to the reference. But I'll be trying a new route on the paints tonight...if I get anywhere, I'll post an updated preview..this one is still in the works though...just a preview of what is to come.
And yep, there will be one Legend alternate attire, though none of the "needs too many layers" ones..we'll select the one we want to do.
and as far as I'm concerned b7, I know you apparently can't look at a ref pic when it's slapped in your face, as if you look, the morph does match Warrior's, and I think I'll be listening to a caw person that KNOWS the games and caws and references rather than you seeing on FAQ's here's a direct post:
From: Spear The Game | Posted: 1/23/2006 8:39:26 PM | Message Detail That face is by far the best Warrior CAW face i've seen on any game.
From: CaptainCAWisma | Posted: 1/24/2006 8:42:50 AM | Message Detail Don't like the face texture, nice otherwise
(*hmm, face texture, not a morphing issue..and seeing as I haven't even changed the face skin at all yet, could be an issue..lol. Will be finding out tonight)
showing other good makers seems to definitely see it matches, so I'll just stick with that feedback, as it has people who can actually show they can make caws very well backing it up.

I like it but I'm not sure about what it would look like with NO face paint. As that particular attire has a face paint that covers up almost his entire face. If you can make it look like Helwig without any face paint on. Then it's good
