Widen neck, abdomen and waist. Put shoulder height to 0 so he has the slouched look. Do atleast SOMETHING to the face, so it isnt just the sample. It looks too comical that way anyway, try making your own face from scratch.
From what I can see, attire looks good, but the pics are blurry so cant really tell...
