Something about the eyes and eyebrow area doesn't look right to me...the eyes need to be more droopy and less wide. Im not sure what you can do with the eyebrows off hand. Maybe you can add some different make-up to the eyes. Also the colors for the eyebrows, beard, and hair need to be tweaked. Hair should be more of a blonde if your going for a dry hair look. Beard should be darker and a bit more blonde and bit more transparent. Same with the eyebrows. Right now they all look kinda to orange. From the first pics I have seen and the update it seems to be shaping up, good job so far.
