It actually sucks IMO, facial hair is crappy and overall it's just not very good.
Sacriligious in my opinion, but you have the right to do what you want...
And btw, there are portraits of Jesus Christ, and he had a lighter skin tone back then. He was not black, but not white either, kind of a light light brown color.

Lighter tone in his skin, maybe because he stayed inside a lot?
Who the hell knows? Only portraits that have ever been done of him showed that he had a lighter skintone.
