Disclaimer This is NOT a true story. Any resemblance with any real characters, promotions, names, and trademarks are purely coincidental.
The Back story .
The man who would become Shadowstarr begun his Pro Wrestling Career under his real name Chris Justice.
He learned the basics by attending the "Extreme pain Dojo" in the Wilmington/Philadelphia area. The school's
lead trainer Razz was tough on the students. Chris, being 19 years old, hadn't the maturity or, pain tolerance to make it through the Dojo's program. This failure would haunt his career. Once away from
the school, he worked with a few mid-atlantic promotions. Having the most success with Maryland/Delaware Championship Wrestling (MDCW). At the age of 22 he got a big break, World-Wide Championship Wrestling (WWCW) was looking for more low cost, low expectations talent at act as fodder for there rampaging undefeated monster Silverberg.
Give WWCW credit, they did give Chris his first real gimmick. He was Chris Justice, "The Good Guy". They filmed a few short vignettes to introduce him He helped old ladies cross the street, gave short lectures on nutrition to kids, even chastised fans waiting in line outside of arena for littering. This of course gave him some decent heat. Not the love to hate kind of heat more like "X-pac sucks" legit, they really don't like or respect you, heat. Chris Played his role as best he could. He would never win a match during the near year he was under WWCW contract. After jobbing to Silverberg a half dozen times he was put into a program with a new talent acquired from Extremely Competitive Wrestling. (ECW) He was know as Craven. He brought the hardcore style to WWCW. The always rule conscious Chris Justice made a good foe for this Extreme Superstar. During this feud, Chris Justice, was directed to cut a few promos on ECW. He was down on the style, the violence, the fans, and their talent. Craven of course avenged his fans and mauled The Good Guy. Chris Justice was soon released from WWCW
Being released was tough on the now 24 year old Justice. He returned to MDCW. The small fan base he had their had long since turned against him. He was booed from the time he walked thru the curtain, till he returned backstage. Fans would turn
their backs on his matches. The money wasn't nearly as good now, he quickly became over-extend financially and desperate. An opportunity would come from an unlikely place. ECW called up, "Pete E" had an offer for him. Soon he made his ECW debut. The ECW fans did not forget the anti-extreme promos from WWCW he made, nor did the talent. Justice was soon placed in a ring with his former instructor Raz. There he took beating after beating. No matter how much he bleed for them the fans would not forgive him. Unfortunately for Justice his in-ring skills were not improving quickly enough for Raz and Pete E. Also the fans were getting bored with booing him, as that was all he really had to offer. Pete E decide to end the pain. A Lifetime Ban match was made, Raz vs. Justice. Justice tapped within 4 minutes much to the delight of the ECW fans. He was now banned form US-based pro wrestling for life.
With little prospects in the US, he took Pete E's advice and went to Japan to learn the trade. There he meet the man who would truly remake him Keiji Mutoh, aka the Great Muta. Over the next six years he trained, his old boxing-based style was stripped away for Martial Arts-High Risk style. He was renamed White Shadow, a masked ninja based gimmick. He was reborn, he achieves real success and fan support.
The White Shadow would catch the eye of US promoters while tagging with his master, The Great Muta against some of the bigger US tag teams.
Fearful of his past failures he knew he had to keep his identity secret permanently. To do this he needed something special to help him with the fickle US fans, also to maintain his secret he could not speak. The answer was close at hand the young beautiful Hoshiko Miya.
Hoshiko was a stand out within the female division of Mutoh's promotion. Not only is she a top in-ring performer and she speaks near perfect English-American dialect, she was eager to go to the US for new challenges. White Shadow and Hoshiko were repacked as a pair, Shadowstarr and Shadow
. 
Shadowstarr would never speak publicly at all, and only in Japanese backstage. Shadow
was the translator in dealing with promoters, as well as handling all the mic work for promos.Now they enter the US scene eager to achieve success together while maintaining the best kept secret in pro-wrestling. Should the need ever arise, Shadowstarr has some reinforcements available to him. Ryumyo, a former sumo competitor, thei "Great Dragon" brings his mass and power. And the legend himself, The Great Muta, can show up to even odds. Together these four make up Clan Grey.
