Look in the phone book. I'm serious. Open the phone book to a random page and look at the various names. That way, you get a "real" name, but it's totally random as well.

Seriously, though, you want your CAW to have either a good "ring" name (that defines who he is or what he does, like "The Undertaker" or "Stone Cold") or a name that sounds like an actual dude's name without getting too goofy about it.

Did you ever see "Mystery Men?" Remember when Mr. Furious is trying to lie to impress the girl from the diner and he can't think of a good name, and he's all "My name is ...Dirk. Dirk Dark. I mean, uh, Dark Dirk...."

topnotchvariable, a good idea for a CAW's name (sometimes) is a name that describes the CAW. For example, my CAW with big boobs became Chesty. Another idea is to give the CAW just a first name (like my CAWs Kasey, Lucy, and Jake). Or you can just put two names together and see what comes out.



oh, and i do like the name Andrew Cage. Why not use that?

yeah, mine is jonny pyro, but it was my actual name for a while untill i found some fire tights in HCTP, and followed the bar set by Bischoffs apprentice Johnny Nitro and made mine pyro. the moves have always been pretty similar though... although i may just go back to my normal name with the firey tights bein taken out. haven't decided yet.

Mine is Razem I came up with back in WrestleMania 2000,but he has had some name chages like Ha'Voc, Phoenix Calvin, Bad Luck, and The Canceller( inspired by the cancel button).You can all but Razem if you like.

Personally when creating my own characters I either like to try and combined other wrestlers names(usually Independent) or random names of actually people I know and play around with the first & last names.

I don't like going with names like Gravedigger or any other name that has to do with an object(not a person).

First you might wanna decide what ethic background that person is going to have.

Is he American, Mexican, European(Italian, German, etc.), Asian(Japanese, Korea, etc.), Africian and think of last names that culture would have.

Personally, I use the names Xavier Merc(from Long Beach Cali) and his finishers are the "Full Clip" and "Merc'd Out"(which aren't in the game, but I picked replacements).

Also his tag partner & stable mate is "The Technical MACHINE" JOHNNY CAIN(from LA, Cali) w/Kristy Konners & their finishers are "Elimination Factor #2"(which isn't in the game, it's a Ribbreaker to a Gutbuster to a Fallaway slam setup then into a Reverse Russian Leg Sweep), Kristy's is the "2K Kutter #1 & #2"(Stunner & Super RKO)
