I don't get what this *saves* thing is all about. Is it like someone sending you their caws or what.

it means you need an action replay max or a game shark or another save device.
1. you download to your computer
2. then download to your memory card

With the way stated above you basically get the save-game of somebody else. It is often used by CAW-creators to give the CAW's they have on their saved game to somebody else, without having to type it up. As well as unlocked, hacked and other created things
