Ok let's say I downloaded a save and load it up... but want one of my CAWS from another memory card (just 1) can I get him on my save?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Are you asking once you have downloaded a save to lets say memory card A, can you move a caw from memory card B to memory card A?

Load the game data from the memory card your putting the CAW onto, then go to options, load/save, copy a superstar, now put the memory card your getting the CAW into slot 2, selecte Memory Card slot 2, pick the CAW, then pick one of the empty spots on slot 1.
