Body hair should be darker and more transparent, eyes should not be as dark, eyebrows should be bushier, face needs more designs to create his "angry look", attire is boring, try making the one with white in it. Put the tattoo on his right arm, you have his left arm one but he also has one on the inside of his other arm. I hope that helps you make it better

ok .... ive made changes to the attire
Made him sport the WWE attire now
also ive added the tattoo under his arms.....ive made some more changes to the face to make him look agnrier....but i need more advice
i dont know how to make him angrier than raising the eyebrows angle to max
please help
