1st Check the size of your gif. if its 100 X 100 then put 105 X 105 Fixed size. And Then just press on Banner and there will a square and the lines will be running around it. 2nd Make a new layer. Go to EDIT> Stroke First Add 3px Black. Then Again Edit store and Add 2px White. Then Edit Stroke again and 1px black. 3 Set the layer to overplay. Result

i think he explains it there but im not sure because i think u already now how to make boarders cause ur banners have them
jus open the gif in image ready then transfer it to photoshop and i think there will only be one layer for all the frames and way make a new layer and make the boarder then transfer it back into image ready then save it as a gif
