Hey I have a question about these gameshark codes...

how come the infinite cash doesn't work when it comes to buying belt parts....cause I bought a belt and my cash went down, but the other codes work..but anyway I have been trying to buy all of the belt parts to make a ton of belts and I have made some on my own but this infinite cash isn't working for me cause I still have belt parts to buy..

if someone has the answer please tell me, thanks
