how can we download saves from the computers . is there a device ? if there is then how to use it ? and please tell the aproxx. cost of the device too.

Yeah you need X-Port or Max Drive something like that. Max Drive is the newest one out and is about £29.99 / $29.99 I think. You can get them in game stores

You could also get an x-port. I have seen them cost 14.99-39.99 depending where you buy them.
