how does it work as when i click on the file it says what program i should open it with and when i try one like microsoft word there is just different letters there that does not make sense.

You don't open it with Microsoft Word...

You need to save the save on your USB Stick.
Then start your cheat device on PS2 and trasfer the save to your memory card and "uncrush" it.
Then make sure that there is only one SvR save.
Theb turn the power off of the PS2, put SvR in and turn power on.
It should work that way...
