well...seeing as you really cant alter the faces except finding a face that looks the most like them, I', going to have to say that the face you picked for Conway, is the closest. He has the eyebrow going on there. That's not bad at all.
As far as the snitzky face, well, the andre face really works for andre only. Try val's face or something where the face is grinning.
I mean, these are the easiest caws to make because the No Mercy CAW mode is limited, but you can always try hacks. Try using the Rice Plugin if you are using a ROM and mapping face textures to them.
