the move you asked about is a single arm tornado ddt, or tornado armbreaker, it's not in SVR, but it is in HCTP

his actual finisher is a guillotine leg drop, so the closest thing to that is the diving fame asser as Fuzzy Penguin said, although you cant use it as a finisher, a good alternative is the springboard leg drop

Secilian Slice Its the replacement for it . DDT 05 would work as well as another finisher.
