Sorry this isn't much but i figured I should post what we know about the new game so far!
Published by: THQ Developed by: Yuke's Media Creations Genre: Wrestling Number of Players: 1-6 Release Dates US: Q4 2005 Features: Dual Shock, Memory Card, Online, Vibration Media Size: 1 DVD
The roster is to have 50+ superstars, again including legends. It is expected that Stone Cold Steve Austin should be included in the game, though this is not confirmed. Some superstars like the The Rock have been cut. However you can expect to have their movesets available. Movesets should have been revamped, simplified and undergone a huge graphical details change.
More info as it comes..

Well I heard that THQ is still in court with WWE. So I figured theyd be out of the game.

They aren't the ones in court, Yukes are.
The WWE's being crybabies about it anyway. With how successful the series has been, who cares at this point? EA'd probably just screw it up because they feel no need to update anything they have a monopoly on because people don't have a choice anyway.

Well EA and Midway already have wrestling titles. They wouldn't dare touch a wwe title. But if you get the guys who make GT series. Just my opion.
