The reaon not the rock as a legend cuz he is still on RAW he is not Out of WWE yet

1. "Superstar" Billy Graham

2. Classic Hulk Hogan (But will setal for his modern day attire)

3. Andre The Giant

4. Ted DiBiase (With Million Dollar Belt)

5. Mick Foley (3 attires Mankind, Dude, Cactus)

6. Ravishing Rick Rude

7. Ultimate Warrior

8. I.R.S (Just so I can pair him with DiBiase as Money Inc)

9. Earthquake

10. Mr. Perfect

Who else agrees with me that this time they should have a ministry undertaker as a legend, since they have already had a early 90's and mid 90's taker in previous games. Also i would like to see the hulkster, jake the snake, randy savage and the ultimate warrior (its about time)

I think itd be good to have a few legends from WWE, WCW, and ECW. Or to have like a classic tag teams theme.

They usually put about 12 on the games so id have
WWE: Hulk, Stone Cold, Rock, and LOD
WCW: Sting, DDP, Luger, and Savage
ECW: Dudleys, Tommy Dreamer, and Sandman

or Tag Team Theme
Hart Foundation: Bret, Jim, Owen, and Bulldog
LOD: Hawk and Animal
Dudleys: Bubba and Dvon
Iron Sheik and Nickolai Volkoff
Nasty Boys: Saggs and Knobbs
