let's say I'm cheap and it's hard to play one game then the other because of the controls. (I still remember playing WWF No Mercy and SD KYR in 2001.)

I'd say DOR2. The DOR series (unless they screw it up with DOR2) is said to be a lot better than the Smackdown series in most wrestling purists' minds.

SVR2006. Smackdown has always has better gameplay and gives you more of a grapple choice.

ill buy both but SVR 2006 mite be better since its coming later than DOR 2 their is a better chance its gonna b a lot better and more matches are gonna be expected

smackdown vs raw 2006! definitely! like jeffenigma x slipknot said, there is a chance of DOR 2 being rushed and smackdown has better gameplay so get this one i would say!

The smackdown series is the best. Its gameplay is always better and the CAW system is always the best. So buy SVR 2006

Ive got gamecube and ps2 and I say if your willing to wait bye svr2 because on the day of reckoning series you cant create an entrance for your caws.Not to mention there hardly any space for caws on dor and I here the same for dor2.The day of reckoning sereis also dont allow you to put hardly any patterns on your caws and each pattern you put on theme that is not on the game is saved as 1 of like 6 patterns only but there is 1 good thing about the dor games and thats the story!

Reviews are in for DoR, the average is around 75/100
A good game but not great and far from being a classic.
I suggest you wait until both games are out and compare review scores.
But let's be realistc SvR2006 is going to get at least an 80/100 score so...
in the end..it's your money
