I think the legends will be officialy announced after the countdown for the other superstars

There's 15 legends, that's 3 weeks of counting down legends (5 per week).

so going by that logic (everything is theorical) the legends should be announced in late october (3 weeks before release date)

Austin will be a legend because the legends in DOR are usually the same for SVR. So i think Austin will be there this time

Those are the only ones so far. The said 10 New and some to return. that wrestled in WWE
