I think you should use reference pictures that are off the actual Ultimate Warrior and not a cartoon.

sorry its not very good at all ,try using actual referance material instead of showdown pics and it might improve al lot still all in all its a nice attempt warrior is very hard to make on the game so kudos to you for trying but keep working on it

Good try, you're on the right track, attire looks pretty good, but he's a too buff and the face can use a bit of work.
