I checked on Code X and it says this:
80 = Shortest
00 = Default
7F = Longest
so I guess for CaptainCAWisma's Ultimo Dragon hair would be 80 = shortest right?

I haven't seen his CAW but yes 80 = shortest. It would make MOST hairs shorter than normal. You can use thise code and preview EVERY hair just to see the effect on all the hairs. |

I used the hack on CptCAWisma's Ultimo Dragon and it looks like the hair is coming from u top of Ultimo's nose |
