i know about the ultimate warrior thing, he dosen't think that his fans would like his moves and images in the game No what he actually said was THQ never asked or received his permission to use his moves and Warrior logos but put them in anyway, they stole his intellectual property so he's suing them. |

funny stuff...no wrestler owns moves so they cant sue for that...maybe a name of move or something like that...funny that the warrior would sue to get his 3 moves back

I think he is sueing because in HCTP, you can use a code hacker to unlock the ultimate warrior, but if he didn't say they could actually put a model of him in it with his name, hes got the right to sue.
