OK now SDvs.R 2K6 has a better layout of the status of a move. I'm wondering in this status they have a box that says "Mom", what is that short for or what does it mean?

OK, does it mean the TOTAL amount of damage it leaves on the opponent?

No if you press R2 or something in the create a moveset menu it takes you to help. There it will tell you MOM is how much momentum you get for using that move.
