On most sites I've seen it says he does the Tombstone Piledriver.

His trademark move is the Steam Roller, as used by Finlay, Hennig etc.

Tombstone Piledriver was his finisher in WCW, he did the Steam Roller aka Finlay Roll.
Here's a list of moves I wrote down from moves he did in WCW(I have a couple more Finlay matches I can watch and take notes if you need it)
FIT FINLEY:: FINISHER: Tombstone Piledriver European Uppercut (Front Grapple) Standing Side Headlock (Front Grapple) Snapemare (Front Grapple) Axe Bomber (Stand Attack) Double Foot Stomp (Ground Attack) Scoop Slam (Front Grapple) Forearm Shot (Front Grapple) Eye Poke (Front Grapple) Headbutt(w/1 Hand) (Front Grapple) Shoulder Block (Running TB Attack) Rolling Firemans Carry(Steam Roller) [Finlay Roll] (Front Grapple) Kneeling Camel Clutch (Ground Grapple) Sleeper Hold (Ground Grapple) Knee Drop (Ground Attack) Rear Chinlock+Knee Into Back (Ground Grapple) Shoulder Tackle (TB Running)

* Tombstone piledriver (piledriver 1) * Rolling fireman's carry slam ( Steam roller)( Finlay Roll)
That's all, those are the 2 CORRECT finishers

Well the closest thign would be the air raid siren, but he really grabbed Funaki's head so it was kinda like a fireman's carry piledriver.
