No it's not in the game, closest thing would probably be a Samoan Drop(minus the cutter).

Closest thing is one of the Facecrushers/busters. It's the one where he lifts him up on his shoulders, then throws out his legs and falls forward, similar to the F5. The REAL TKO is when you drop him forward into a Cutter.

Neckbreaker 5 is a Reverse (Or is it inverted, I get confused with these two terms), TKO. I would say that is the closest to the TKO, just instead of laying face down on his shoulders, you lay face up on his shoulders, also instead of it ending with an Ace Crusher, it ends with a neckbreaker..

You could also try the Osaka Street Cuter, although that's closer to a stunner than anything.
