Japanese Invade ECW

At Tod Gordon's Extreme Headquarters located in Philadelphia, Pensylvannia, Japanese wrestlers invaded. These Japanese wrestlers identified themselves as Dick Togo, TAKA Michinoku, Sho Funaki, Tajiri, Mr. Fuji, Kaz Haysashi, & Jushin Liger. Paul Heyman said in an interview:

"They demanded to be with ECW and have shots at any title they wanted, but after several hours of negotiating, ECW & NJPW's wrestlers agreed to a deal. Togo, TAKA, Funaki, Tajiri, Fuji, Kaz, & Liger agreed to a deal with us."
