save problem

hi..i'm italian new user..i've problem with the save that downloading in this site..
i import the save pal version with x-port correctly but when i start the game not loading the profile and the save..why?
i've the italian version of svr06..

because the save might be for the wrong region, i.e pal for europe and ntsc fo usa and japan

i know but is the pal version that i download and not working..
