I need to know somthing?

So sorry to bug but Ive seen the ulockable character codes and they say for (pal) and (ntsc) but yet there is no ar max (ntsc) mastercode so how do I get the unlock character codes without a master code?

If anyone has the (NTSC) ar max mastercode could the give it to me cause I really want vince as a character!

hmm i have AR MAX PAL and i have never had to enter a mastercode :S:S
