How do I create a save?

I have action replay max, and want to know how to make a save. I have a few caws ready, so I really want to know

Save your game in the part when its done completly.
Start your AR MAX
Max Memory (Its the pic in bottom tool bar with 2 membemorycards)
Memorycard (the one the save is on)
Highlight the save file
Copy -> Max Drive
Then go to your PC with the Max Drive and plug it in your USB post (found on front side of the PC)
Then copy the save file to your desktop
Go to www.sendspace.com or www.megaupload.com and upload the file
Post the link at Game Saves board
Ask for it to be converted for different formats at SAVE Conversion Requests topic at this board
