Codebreaker Help

I am going to get a codebreaker, but the trouble is I am not sure which version I need to get, or where I can get it. I read at the codebreaker website that you need a ps2 version 7.0 or higher, but I am not sure about that either. If anyone could help that would be great.

If you get a new one it will cost 20$...They newest version which will work with the codes is 9.0.
