Is it possible?in a Battle royal 2 go outside?

I own both a gameshark and a AR max EVO.

Anyway I tried putting the hardcore always on cheat on my gameshark. I figured doing this will allow me to escape the ring yet I could not.

Is there a way to play a 6-man battle royal and go outside??

I think I remember it working this way is the fact that I brought in CAWs changing this??
