HCTP Update roster

hi im trying to update the roster as i see john cena rating at 75 and batistas is low as well and a couple others is there a way to change it so there rating will be higher even in exabition mode?
i know for season mode u can add to strength , speed etc but whould that be saved for the exhibition modes also?
and i changed shelton benjamins superkick finisher to the tbone suplex are there any other update moves that need to be changed?
also is there a way to get maxed out experiance points to use on created superstars? i finished 1 year of raw and 1 year of smackdown storymode but i cant make my caws higher then a 70 rating

Keep playing with the caw over and over and it should gain.

SVR rules, I just figured it still rules over HCTP

Not really, SVR is good to play because of the nice graphics and mini games, but HCTP has a great caw mode and more create features(create an animation etc.).

More on topic, just play season on a harder difficulty or like everyone else said, keep playing season.....
