Different font, and try and get the text so it doesnt go over the PSD. Also put an effect on the text, instead of it just being white with a red outline.
Its good, except for the text.

the text needs to be more alike with the backround image and banner color and shouldnt be overlapping the pic also the blending sucks (and for posting a post that is quoting a spam post is spamming because you are making a post that isnt relavent to the thread topic)
------DIDNT notice the recent update its sill bad because of the horrid text
