ok i didnt know what text you were talking about, so i just changed both of them
and i could really fix the the main pic because it was blurry when i put it on

Hmm,the pic does look low quality.I don't really know what to do but,I would say duplicate gaussian blur and then overlay,it should make the pic look,not so low quality.
