the bg is kinda plain, and slow down the text a little, its too fast

anyways on with the rating
BG- could use some work
pics- I think you should take out the pic on the right side of the sig I think it makes it look to cluttered
border- umm it's ok
text- the main text Rod Van Dam has a bad font (to me atleast), and the sub text is good and has a nice font but it goes to fast slow it down and it would be better but not to slow
overall- good banner but needs a little work I think one of your best
