Grandmother Sues Rockstar!

In a story that proves that with age doesn't necessarily come wisdom, the Associated Press posted word via Yahoo that one Florence Cohen, an 85-year-old woman from New York, has filed a lawsuit against Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar, after she learned that the copy of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas she purchased for her 14-year-old grandson in late 2004 contained "sexually explicit scenes." Filed in the U.S. District Court of Manhattan, the suit is filed on the grounds that Take-Two and Rockstar Games engaged in false and deceptive practices. While it isn't specified if the young boy in question saw the scenes in question, the her lawyer had the following to say.

"They should really make sure this doesn't happen again," said Laurence D. Paskowitz. "The least this company can do is offer refunds."
